We are pleased to offer sterilized goods, semi-finished products for hotels, restaurants and catering.

We recommend three types of sliced mushrooms:

  • Natural — sterilized, sliced mushrooms in natural brine
  • Vegetal — sterilized, sliced mushrooms in natural brine with greens (2nd grade mushrooms)
  • Trifolati — sterilized, sliced mushrooms in oil with greens

Mushrooms are subject of sterilization process and synthetic bag protects goods from microorganism infection after sterilization process, during taking of the sterilization chamber, storing and transporting to the terminal place.

Very long edibility

Functional packaging and sterilization of mushrooms makes our food able to be stored without cooling even for years. Bags are resistant to heat and resistant to sun rays. Our mushrooms may be stored even on the desert.

You don’t need big storage areas and you don’t need to worry if your supplies may go bad. Thanks to sterilization process our mushrooms - even if preserved for a long time - are fresh, tasty and still attractive

Practical packaging

Gardenia’s Food sterilized mushrooms are packed into high durability synthetic bags. Bag size and quantity of mushrooms is suitable for volumes used most in restaurants, snack bars, hotels and other gastronomy institutions.

Those are average packets, of weight abour 1.5 kg, similar to flat bag. Bags are placed in cartoon boxes counting several pieces, and then on the on the pallets, several cartoons each. In the end, mushrooms on the pallets are protected by foil during transport.
