15 minute mushroom soup
- 500 g Gardenia Food Natural sliced mushrooms
- ½ l cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 l vegetable or poultry bouillon
- parsley
- pepper
Boil mushrooms for 5-10 minutes in bouillon. Combine cream and flour in bowl, add several tablespoons of bouillon. Mix all together and pour into boiling bouillon. Cook 5-10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
