Spaghetti with trifolati mushrooms
Ingredients
- Spaghetti pasta
- 500 g mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Preparation
Cook pasta in salted water. Using olive oil fry sliced mushrooms. Add shredded garlic and parsley. All stew for several minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve boiled pasta with sauce.
