Oyster mushrooms á la Strogonov
Ingredients
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0,5 kg beef
- 1 cup of white dry wine
- tomato pure or 1 can of chopped tomato
- salt, pepper, vegetable spices,
- oil
Preparation:
Cut beef, stir-fry and then add water and stew for 1 hour. Add oil and chopped onion, sliced oyster mushrooms and garlic. All fry for 5 minutes. Add wine and wait until evaporate. At the end add tomato pure. Serve with rice or baked potato.
