Lecsó with oyster mushrooms


Ingredients

  • 8 peeled tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 250 g oyster mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • tomato pure
  • water
Preparation

Slice red pepper and peeled onions, peeled tomato cut into 8 pieces. Add oil and this vegetables using frying pan. At another frying pan, fry sliced oyster mushrooms and than add into stew vegetables. All stew for 20 minutes. At the end add tomato pure. .
