Oyster mushroom á la pork chop
Ingredients
- 500 g oyster mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vegetable spice
- oil
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Hats (top part) of mushrooms wash under running water. In a soup plate, scramble eggs and add pinch of vegetable spice. Dip mushrooms in egg then bread crumbs. Deep fry like a pork chop.
